Lurking in the bayous of Louisiana, is the Letiche - a feral child raised by alligators. We have seen conflicting reports on whether these are living children brought up by beasts or spirits of children who were lost in the swamp. Either way, the Letiche is fierce, hungry and, if the spirit element is true, possibly unstoppable.

While they’re incredibly difficult to spot in the darkness of the waters they dwell in, you’ll know they’re around as soon as you hear scratching at the bottom of your boat. Best known for upturning - or even destroying - boats, they are prone to attacking sailors and travellers.

Very little is known about how to defeat or even fend off the Letiche so we recommend it’s best to avoid the bayous after nightfall. Or, if you really have to travel, you’re going to need a bigger boat.
