Spirit of the forest, Oshosi (sometimes also called Ochosi) is the Orisha of the forest in the Yoruba religion. He is a protector of both the forest itself and everything that lives within it. As he is a hunter, he is also the god of meals as he provides the food people need to survive.

Oshosi is a vision of what you imagine when you think of a hunter. He is seen brandishing a bow (called an ofá) and is considered the spirit of the forest, the hunt, animals and wealth. Dressed often in blue, his other color of choice is green, to represent the forests he protects.

While Oshosi primarily hunts animals, he also hunts down truth and is always looking out for justice and positive influences. This skilled archer is a perfect addition to any team, just make sure you stay on the right side of the law around him.
