Upgrade Improvements are Here!

Greetings Champions,

We have made some changes to the card upgrade system that should hopefully see you all breathing a sigh of relief when it comes to deck building. We’ve been listening closely to your feedback when it comes to the way that upgrading can sometimes devour cards you need in your deck so we hope this is a promising solution.

Upgrading a card will now cost one extra copy of the card in question BUT you will then retain the original copy. For example, if you upgrade Knocker, you will need 13 copies, which will give you one copy of Knocker (Rank 2) and still retain one Rank 1 copy too. This means no more invalid decks because your base copy of the card got eaten during the upgrade process!

And, for the sake of eager collectors, you will now always have a copy of the previous rank when you upgrade, meaning no unsightly gaps in your collection when you are working through your upgradable cards. We do hate unsightly gaps.

Thanks again to our diligent Eerie community for raising these issues and letting us know where the game could be improved!

See you on the battlefield!
