Fix Notes - Version 1.0.7

Greetings Champions,

It’s time to update your game because Eerie Worlds Version 1.0.7 is rolling out now! This update is a sight to behold - quite literally because we’ve given the entire app a visual revamp. With a new game board and new screens across the whole game, there’s plenty of gothic decadence to gawp at.

On top of that, several fixes have been implemented and we’ve had the exterminators in to deal with some of the more hardy bugs at Eerie base camp. We’re pleased to say that Friend games are now playable and Sudden Death is here to make sure you don’t lose tied games anymore (well, that’s really up to you but you won’t lose by default any longer).

As always, thank you for keeping your beady eyes peeled and reporting bugs, errors and making suggestions over on our Discord server. We do appreciate it in spite of our cool and steely demeanor. This is what we sound like when we’re positively ecstatic, we swear.

Additions and Improvements

  • The game UI has had a complete overhaul and redesign. Eerie Worlds is ready to slay. (Both figuratively and literally.)
  • Feel like you’re truly fighting for control of the Rift with an updated game board design
  • Added support for turns won game ability. Yes, this is a hint about the possibility of new card abilities.
  • Updated Alliance icons because the Alliances were getting jealous after everything else got a redesign.

Fixes

  • Fixed sudden death if the game ends in a tie. Get ready to fight until your dying breath (or perhaps just another turn or two).
  • Fixed Friend games. But why stop at friends when you can challenge your enemies too?!
  • Quests now properly display the progress value alongside the progress bar, making things much clearer.
  • You can now buy packs in their final hour in store rather than being taunted by a grayed out “Buy” button. Which means 1 more hour to scramble for the Fabled Hunter every weekend.
  • Upgrading multiple cards in a row should no longer leave the player stuck in the zoomed card view, even though some of them are so pretty to stare at.
  • Fixed UI issue in the collection scroller after upgrading cards. No more squishing or stretching your creatures into ungodly shapes.
