Version 1.0.6 is here and we’re bringing more welcome improvements. Some of these are on our opening tutorial for new players but don’t worry, you’re not missing out if you’ve already been through it. We hope everyone enjoys the new backgrounds and XP ladder effects. Especially the sheer drama of our new game arena!

And we’ve also squished a blob. It was very messy. Positively disgusting, in fact.

So be sure to update your game and get on the latest version to enjoy Eerie Worlds at its very best (best so far, that is)!

‍Additions and Improvements

• The XP ladder has more eye-catching effects to show the currently claimable reward.
• Stunning new backgrounds for the login, home and in-game screens. Including a dramatic new arena!
• Onboarding intro now has subtitles. Meaning it’s now much more accessible to those who need it and those who just prefer watching with subtitles.
• Onboarding intro is now skippable. Rude, but we’ll try not to judge you.
• Onboarding animations have been sped up, for those of you who are running from Teke Teke or just in some other kind of rush.
• Tutorial speech bubbles & text have new assets so they don’t feel left out with the rest of the shiny new tutorial features.

‍Fixes

• The push notification popup is no longer a white blob. Don’t get us wrong, we love a funky questionable blob in folklore, just not stray ones in our game where messages should be.
