Fix Notes - Version 1.0.2

Greetings Champions,

It’s time to update your game because Version 1.0.2 is here! Our dev team has been hard at work fighting their demons (both in the literal and metaphorical sense) and listening to your feedback too. Thankfully they all made it out alive and here is our latest list of fixes, improvements and some sparkling new additions.

As always, input from our eerie players has been invaluable and you can pop into our Discord if you spot anything else in the meantime, or if you just want to share how you’ve been finding the game so far. Find the Discord link in the game settings!

Improvements and Additions

  • Full Onboarding tutorial for brand new players that start Eerie Worlds. This will guide you through your very first games and help you understand the rules better. We don’t want anyone getting lost on their first venture into the Rift.
  • Cards played in-game now retain their proper card frame, thus maintaining their classiness.
  • Updated pack opening animation.
  • Deck and card sharing. For bragging rights, of course.
  • Added an option to increase the size of card back text when viewing it in the full zoom view in your collection, meaning you don’t always have to reach for your librarian glasses to read a card.
  • Warning popup will now display before upgrading a card if it means you will have no more copies of it. We are aware that this has been a bugbear for some of you and thankfully now you won’t be stuck with a deck where the Volkodlak is missing in action anymore.

Fixes:

  • Collection filters now maintain your chosen options when leaving your collection and during deck building. No more having to redo them every time you want to check your deck!
  • Various UI header fixes for tablet.
  • Squished an assortment of bugs in deck building. Which was both satisfying and rather disgusting.
  • Zooming in on a card and letting go should now return it to its correct size. No more giant El Chupacabras here.
  • When viewing a card in the game logbook ability text now shows.
  • Reward limits labels added to info popup on rewards in the post game view, meaning it’s easier to keep track of what a frighteningly good job you’re doing.
