Card Spotlight: Fenrir!

Greetings, Champions,

Today, we’re taking a deep dive into a Fabled from our Norse horde, a must-have for navigating tough energy restrictions or giving your deck that extra surge of power. Fenrir is the ultimate support card in Eerie Worlds.

The child of the trickster god Loki and the jötunn Angrboda (YUR-tunn ANG-ur-boh-da), Fenrir is a giant wolf with a fierce temper. He is the father of the wolves who chase the sun and the moon, Sköll and Hati Hróðvitnisson (HROTH-vit-nee-son), and is a terrifying sight to behold.

When drawn, Fenrir grants you 10 extra mana - a massive boost. While it may not be the most powerful card outright (especially in non-Nordic decks), it enables explosive plays that can turn the tide of battle. If you favor a bursty playstyle, make sure you cycle Fenrir just before those game-changing turns.

You can also let Fenrir cycle into your hand and hold onto it until needed - just be mindful of your mana cap. Overload it, and you’ll have one grumpy pup on your hands.

Best of luck on your Nordic adventures - see you on the battlefield!
